No-Refund Policy – moodcase

At moodcase, we are committed to providing high-quality services that help creative professionals streamline their workflows. To maintain fair and transparent policies, we do not offer refunds for purchases, subscriptions, or add-ons.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on moodcase, including but not limited to subscriptions, add-ons, and additional storage, are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service.

2. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to moodcase for the remainder of your billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.

• If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel before the next billing cycle.

3. Add-Ons & Upgrades

• Add-ons such as additional users, storage, or custom domains are non-refundable once purchased.

• If you downgrade your plan or remove add-ons, changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate charge due to a system error.

• Fraudulent transactions (must be verified with supporting evidence).
