Affiliate Program Agreement
Defines the rules and obligations for affiliates participating in the moodcase Affiliate Program.

Participation in the Programme
To participate in the affiliate programme, an active moodcase Professional subscription is required.
After registration, the affiliate receives a personal referral link to promote moodcase services.
Commissions
Affiliates earn a recurring 10% commission on all subscriptions completed via their personal affiliate link.
Payouts are made monthly, provided a minimum amount of CHF 50.– has been reached. Lower amounts will be rolled over to the following month.
Conditions for Commission Payouts
Commissions are only paid as long as the affiliate holds an active moodcase Professional subscription.
moodcase GmbH reserves the right to pause or terminate commission payments if these terms are violated or if the programme is discontinued.
Affiliate Obligations
The affiliate agrees to promote moodcase services to the best of their knowledge and in accordance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
It is not permitted to share misleading or false information about moodcase.
Cancellation
The programme may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
moodcase GmbH reserves the right to end the programme at any time without providing reasons. In such cases, entitlement to future commission payments will expire.
Liability
moodcase GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages incurred by the affiliate in connection with the programme or these terms.
The affiliate agrees to indemnify moodcase GmbH against any third-party claims resulting from a breach of these terms.
Final Provisions
Changes or additions to these terms must be made in writing.
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that comes closest to its economic intent.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with these terms is 9305 Berg SG, Switzerland.
