Q1 introduced moodcase Teams, the team-based collaboration layer for moodcase Studio. Shared workspaces, defined roles, and client access without an account.

This was the structural step toward team-based work in Studio. Multiple people, one shared context, controlled access.

Alongside Teams, the quarter added granular sharing, bulk resize on export, and reusable Workflow Presets.

moodcase Teams

The team-based collaboration layer for moodcase Studio. moodcase Teams introduces Shared Workspaces, Roles & Permissions, and client Self-Service access. Multiple users work in one shared project context with defined responsibilities. Clients see only what they need.

Granular sharing controls

Share links now support expiry dates and three permission levels (view, comment, download), set per recipient. Useful when different stakeholders need to reach the same project with different access.

Workflow Presets

Save a Workflow column structure once and reuse it across projects. For studios with recurring project shapes, this removes the setup step at the start of every new project.

Magic Links for client access

Invite clients into a project without a moodcase account. Direct access via link, with the same selection and feedback capabilities as a registered user.
