Q2 2026
Two new annotation tools — arrows and comment attachments — make visual feedback clearer and easier to act on. The quarter also brought smaller but useful changes: automatic update detection, a refined Capture One plug-in, and a clearer plan structure for notification digests.

Arrow Annotations
Available on all review projects. Arrows can now be added directly to images, alongside comment pins, to point to a specific area, direction, or detail that needs attention — useful in review and retouching workflows where a comment pin alone isn't precise enough.
Attach files to comments
Available on all plans. Files can now be attached directly to comments — reference images, screenshots, PDFs, and other supporting documents — keeping feedback and context together in one place.
Automatic update detection
Available on all plans. moodcase now detects when a newer version is available while you work and shows an in-app notification with a one-click reload, so bug fixes and improvements reach you immediately — even during long sessions.
Capture One plug-in update
Available for Capture One plug-in users. All lists in the plug-in are now sorted alphabetically for faster navigation and improved consistency. Requires the latest plug-in version.
Notification Digest on Team plans
Available on Team plans. The Notification Digest — a bundled summary instead of individual emails — is now a Team plan benefit, aligning notification controls with the plans built for growing teams.
Fixes
Resolved an issue where watermarks rendered unwanted background bars in non-centered positions.
